How It Works
The rugged yet lightweight cover is held closed by quick-opening cast wing nuts which facilitate rapid entry to the tank. Includes an extra heavy, compliant cover insert to ensure a gas-tight seal and non-sparking operation. All covers incorporate Buna-N inserts and flanged bases for mounting.

The 220W Series Roof Manhole Cover with Self-Locking Pedal is lightweight and easy to operate. It has a large diameter manway to provide quick and easy access onto digesters and tank. When pressurised, the unit is ideal for use on vessels that must hold a positive head pressure.
How It Works
The roof manhole cover comes complete with a self-locking foot pedal, spring loaded open cover latch mechanism and a manual safety pin to prevent accidental closure of the cover. It is held in place by hinged wing nuts which can be opened or sealed tightly against pressure by one person, in less than five minutes without the use of any special tools or devices.

Designed to provide quick access to tanks for product gauging, temperature measurement and sampling, the 42 Series Hatch Covers are provided with a lockdown device that allows for a gas-tight seal up to 3 psig [20.7 kPa].
How It Works
Operators can sample the tank content freely as a foot pedal allows the cover to open and remains open for ease of use. For security measures, a padlock feature is incorporated to prevent unauthorised tank access through the hatch. In addition, the lockdown device includes an ergonomically friendly hand wheel.
